Tweet backs 18

"In the beginning of the semester when I heard we would have to keep up with a social network called Twitter I was a little scared and confused. I am not the best person with computer programs and I’ve never even heard of Twitter before so I thought it would be a hard process. To my disbelief Twitter was a very easy program to sign up for and figure out, and even became beneficial to my knowledge and class participation. I used Twitter mainly for just everyday random thought that I found interesting for others to know, or just wanted to be random and say something. It was also useful when I missed class when I was sick, also known as my twenty first birthday. Everyone was very helpful with filling me in one what I had missed in the class. Usually in other classes at IU, if someone misses a class they will send out a mass email to everyone, which I find annoying and pointless. With twitter however, I found it nice to not have my inbox filled with emails from classmates who missed class. Instead they could just post on twitter and it was less annoying and more effective."
